Due to the personal vengence of administration over PAs, many of the PAs has been posted to more distance area irrespective of their family condition and health problem.
Why can't the Rotational transfer can be done through counselling?
Is there any problem for doing like this?
It is not a tedious job for our gaint union to make this suggestion as order.
Leaders have to make view and put thier effort for this suggestion.

THE SUGGESTION FLOATED BY HARI IS APPRECIABLE. ACTUALLY OUR UNION IS DOING THE SAME AT DIVISIONAL LEVEL EVERY YEAR DURING RT - N.SUBRAMANIAN DS P3 TIRUPUR TN

Dear comrade
If RT is carried out through counselling, there will be more problems. Nepotism, favourtism and
absolute misuse of powers could be seen. At present the RT orders are issued on the basis of
Directorate guidelines. If any deviation or irregularity that can be taken up by higher levels of
union. That will be gone if we seek counselling method.
Further if union is strong and the divisional union is well functioning, we can arrest the
excessiveness of any officers.
Let us strengthen the divisional unions with more devoted, dedicated and committed leaders.
