What is the Need for list of CGHS approved Hospitals

Comrade,

This Regarding Medical bill reimbursement.

All the Hospitals are started with approval of Medical authorities. (right?)

What is the need for a separate list of Hospitals called "CGHS approved list"

Many important and well known Hospitals are not figuring in the list.

No Hospitals of small town are figuring in it.

Why not official allowed to take treatment in any Hospital they like?

Why not the bills passed without insisting on "Emergency Certificate"

After all Rates are restricted to CGHS Rate.
