What will be the future of PM Grade III & Grade II officials?

      On the subject I would like to make attention towards the PM Grade officials who have completed /  are going to complete their prescribed  tenure in that grade.   The officials appointed as PM Grade-III on regular basis are still waiting for their promotion even after being completed more then 3  yrs in PM / HSG-I cadre. HSG-I Recriuitment rules are in pending. Nothing is going towards financial powers of  Postmasters except assurances.What will be the future of PM Grade II officials? If there will be a provision to  return back  in general  line, I  think almost all the PM  Grade offiials will opt for it. This is only because of the pendency of assurances given by the Department.
