What is this MACP ? My friend entered in Dept. as Postman in the year 1987. Qualified LGO exam and joined as PA in 1990. Got TBOP in 2007. Not entitled 2nd MACP ! Will he get 3rd MACP in 2016 in the cadre of PA with a grade pay of 4600 instead of Rs. 4200 ? Someone told me he will get only 4200 in 3rd MACP as he is a promotee !
