comrade,
In our divisional the third MACP is denied to some of the officials for the reason of non accepting the regular LSG promotion. However, the officials are declined their regular promotions before 01.09.08 i.e. prior induction of MACP. Representations from the concerned officials are still pending with Circle office with the notation of clarification is awaited from Directorate.
It is irony to say that the same kind of promotions were awarded to the officials working in the neighbouring divisions. The matter was already referred tO CHQ also. But still no stone turned. kindly clarify and take immediate action.
