Dear Kayveeyes! Vanakkam. Can administration send CEA claim bills for verification i.e. for cost and quantity of uniform ? In our division the purchase of one item is questioned for mere reason that the purchase was made in a station other than the hq of the official concerned is it correct? In another case it has been questioned by the administration that the quantity of the uniform cloth claimed doesnot commensurate with the age of the child. All these are happening in this division.Even for same school of study at where the child studied last year the bills are found sent for verification. I seek your guidance.
