Sir,
We are very happy and enthusiastic on re-election of our beloved leader Sri M. Krishnan as President AIPEU P3 and Sri K. Sridharan as Secretary AIPEU P3. We hope that our long pending justified demands
will be settled by our present able leaders of CHQ.
Sir, the creation of system administrator cadre in the Deptt of Post is a long pending issue. This must be settled at earliest. Deptt is not giving due importance for creation of this cadre. We have full faith on CHQ and we want that this should be settled in the next meeting to be held on 22.01.2011 (Cadre restructuring meeting). Atleast a concrete decision may kindly be taken with the Administration about the creation of the cadre.
Hope to get a positive response from the meeting.
      With best regards,

      Prodip Dutta,
      System Administrator,
      Midnapore Division, Midnapore-721101 (West Bengal)

Dear Comrade,
Thank you very much for the confidence posed on us.
We are totally committed for the creation of separate cadre for systems administrators.
In fact,in the meeting held on 22.1.2011, nothing special has been emerged.
We emphatically told that we seek the systems assistant post with 42oo grade pay  and nothing
short of it.We should leave no stone unturned in the creation of separate cadre for the
systems administrators. Next meeting will be held within a fortnight in which the department
will come forward with clear decisions.
Let us hope for the best
