NOW PMG TRICHI THRO SP PATTUKOTTAI HAS ISSUED ILLEGALLY SUSPENSION RULE14 ORDERS FOR BEING
UNABLE TO DO THE UNOFFICIAL SHRAMDAN  I(SWEEPING)AT UNOFFICIAL TIME AT 5.45.
THE NEWS IS NOT PUBLISHED IN TN WEB,NO USEFUL FIGHT FOR THE ATROCITY IS DONE SO FAR.BY DIVL UNION OFFICE BEARER ETC EXCEPT LAME EXCUSES
NOW TRANSFER TO OTHER H.O IS ISSUED  UNNECESSARILY. I HAVE FILED A COURT CASE  IN CAT.
MEMBERS RELY ON CIRCLE UNION ETC FOR THE RELIEF FROM SUCH ATROCITIES FROM PMG ETC. EVEN THE LABOUR COMN DURING STRIKE
TIME ON 18/10/12  PLEADED FOR US..IN FREE  INDIA IN GANDHIAN COUNTRY SUCH ATROCITIES IN GOVT DEPT GO UNHEARD NEITHER BY
HIGHER AUTHORITIES( NOR BY OUR OFFICE BEARERS)

BUT Y OUR UNION DOES NOT FIGHT?( IT DIRECTED ME  TO APOLOGISE  FOR NOT SWEEPING THEN Y WE WERE ASKED TO STRIKE AGAINST PTC ATROCITIES-, BUT THOUGH I AM VICTIMISED AND BETRAYED
    AND MADE TO WORK UNDER JUNIORS UNLAWFULLY  I WENT TO CAT.,WHAT IS WRONG IN GOING TO CAT.Y SHOULD WE PLEASE ILLEGAL WRONG DOERS. PL PRESS C.S ETC THAT SUCH CRUELTIES SHOULD NOT HAPPEN TO MEMBERS LIKE ME (WORKING PRESIDENT PATTUKOTTAI) WHO SINCERELY WORKED FOR KVS GROUP FOR ABOUT 32 YEARS.
FOR A PUBLIC CAUSE NONE HELPS FOR TREATING ME ON PAR WITH BIG  FRAUDULENT PERSONS

The P&T Accounts & Finace services have been amalgamated w.e.f 1-9-2009 upto Group B cadre. Now the DOP and DOT are framing the new Recruitment Rules for AAO cadre( Combined). It is reliably learnt that a quota of 20% is being earmarked for Seniortiy Cum fitness amongst the SENIOR ACCOUNTANTS WORKING IN DAP OFFICES ALONE. iN 2002 JAO recruitment rules this was 10% only for those senior accountants and they are enjoying the benefits already. Now NFPE has to make a request to open the next 10% that is being considered now in the RRs to be given to the PO&RMS Accountants available in operative side. While the senior accountants who have not passed any examination are given the 10% quota for automatic promotion to AAO why not our PO& RMS accountants who have passed an accounts exam being given that promotion?

 IN PTC MADURAI CASE FOR NOT DOING SHRAMDAN OR SWEEPING AT 5.45 A.M EULE 14 WAS ISSUED TO ME. THOUGH STRIKE WAS CALLED FOR AGAINST PTC  BY JCA NO ONE HAS FOUGHT AGAINST RULE 14 SO FAR BUT AFTER A YEAR WE STAFF ARE KNEELING DOWN TO ADMINISRATION. IT IS TIME UNION PROTECTS STAFF.GROWS FAITH IN THEM. THOUGH SHRAMDAN IS AGAINST RULE 3 OF CONDUCT RULES, RULE 14 FOR SHRAMDAN  IS AGAINST ANNEXURE9(CASES DESERVING RULE 14) IN THE RULE ITSELF , PNG HAS ORDERED  SP TO ISSUE RULE 14,SUSPENSION ETC .HIS ORDER IS ALSO AGAINST RULE 45 AND RULE 17 OF VOL III.
WHILE DIRECTOR PREVENTED US EROM TRAINING ILLEGALLY,PMG /TRICHI ORDERED ILLEGALLY TO PREVENT ME FROM DOING DUTY. NO USEFUL ACTION BY JCA/UNIONS TILL NOW FOR A YEAR.WE ARE LEFT IN LURCH.
UNION SHOULD HAVE MADE IT IN SUBJECTS AND CALLED FOR DHARNA OR RECALLED A STRIKE THREAT.FALSE CHARGES ARE MADE FOR A SERIOUS PUNISHMENTS. CAT CASES MADE DIRECTLY .ONLY STAY WAS GIVEN AND CASE TRANSFERRED TO CPMG WHO NOW SUPPORTED PMG. ILLEGALITIES THRIVE MORALITY GOES UNPROTECTED LIKE JESUS'S MARTYRDOM.

AS IRREGULAR.IT TANTAMOUNTS TO PREVENTING A STAFF FROM DOING HIS DUTY.REPLY COPY IS SENT TO CHQ&TN UNIONS .

THE TABLE GLASS HAS VERTICAL OPENING ALLOWING ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC
  HANDS/HEADS AND BODIES  INSIDE THE  COUNTER EASILY.KEYBOARD PLATES GET BROKEN EASILY.IN MANY PLACES TABLES ARE WITHOUT DRAWERS IN THE FRONT TO KEEP CASH.
CASH TRAYS ARE KEPT OPENLY. CASH ,STAPPLERS   ETC ARE FREQUENTLY STOLEN EASILY.
I THINK THIS TABLE IS CREATED TO INVITE THIEVES. WHICH PRAHASPATHY  DESIGED IT?

EVERYTIME WE GET 60 DAYS WHILE  RLY GETS 78 OR SO.GDS ARE AXED WITH RS 1000 P.M.MEDIA ANNOUNCES ONLY RLY NOT OURS EVERYTIME.DOES IT MEAN WE WORK LESS THAN RLY?BSNL WHO LEFT US FOR HIGHER BONUS IS WITHOUT BONUS NOW AND FACING/FEARING PRIVATISATION.IN FACT OUR INVESTMENT REVENUE IN SB ETC DOES SEEM TO BE PROPERLY INCLUDED.PROPER PLAN IS WANTED.
