Title: Transfer by counselling for PAs -Reg
Post by: Hari Ganesh on January 10, 2011, 09:42:35 pm
Due to the personal vengence of administration over PAs, many of the PAs has been posted to more distance area irrespective of their family condition and health problem.
Why can't the Rotational transfer can be done through counselling?
Is there any problem for doing like this?
It is not a tedious job for our gaint union to make this suggestion as order.
Leaders have to make view and put thier effort for this suggestion.

THE IDEA BEHIND THIS SUGGESTION IS MUCH APPRECIABLE.IT IS QUITE POSSIBLE IF THE DIVISIONAL ADMINISTRATION IS GIVING EARS TO THE UNION . ACTUALLY OUR UNION IS DOING THE SAME TYPE OF COUNCILING DURING THE ROTATIONAL TRANSFERS. OUR MIGHTY UNION WILL LOOK INTO

I agreed and tender my full support to this noval idea..

This will be in line of de-centerlization of powers to a view of self rule as in our PANCHAYATI RAJ.

If village administration/development (Partly)  be managed effectively through panchayat then why not this type of staff welfare scheme.  A committee comprising representative of all the divisional unions should be constituted to recommend list of such transfer & this should be mandatory for administration except in exceptional circumstances which should also be cleared later in the state of difference.  This will also lower staff dissatisfaction & tension over our divisional administrators.

really a very good idea!!!!
