In Maha.Circle Biennial conf. the issue of re booking of MSEDCL bills at SO level, which are accepted at BO has been brought in your kind notice. The same issue has been placed in JCM , but scanner are demanded by the staff side. Actually it should be demanded to stop the rebooking of bills at SO level and previous procedure may be implemented for such bills.
