Title: Recovery of GDS Bonus 2006-07 and 2007-08 Post by: nfpeottapalam on January 20, 2011, 10:45:47 am The Bonus paid to the GDS during 2006-07 and 2007-08 were ordered to be recovered by the Department saying that GDS are eligible for a Bonus with ceiling Rs. 2500/ only. We approached the Hon.CAT, Ernakulam and obtained stay from the Court by the Circle Secretary, AIPEDEU, Kerala. Pending Court, now the PMG, Northern Region, Calicut ordered to recover the said overpaid Bonus, without considering the fact that the case in before Court and the AIPEDEU is the first applicant. We request the CHQ to take up the case at appropriate level.
